QK & Associates was originally set up to assist and support Housing Associations, Local Authorities and Arms Length Management Organisations to effectively manage their people, projects and partnerships. Since our inception, we have also developed expertise in Health.
We have a commercial arm through which we provide a "one stop" property investment service to help clients start, build and grow profitable portfolios. Here our area of particular expertise is commercial to residential conversions.
We pride ourselves on providing personalised and value for money services for our clients. Our team's experience of working within the Public and Private Sectors for over 30 years has taught us that the key to success is partnership working and delivering on promises.
