Qadeer Kiani - is the founder and Managing Director of QK & Associates. Prior to setting up QK & Associates in August 2008, Qadeer was jointly responsible for heading up Pinnacle Consulting in his role as a Practice Director. A former Acting Chief Executive at Ujima Housing Association, Qadeer has over 25 years experience of working in public sector housing. Qadeer has held senior management posts in two high profile London Boroughs and has experience of the private sector, having worked as at Pinnacle PSG, a private sector housing Management Company. Qadeer has an MA degree in Housing and was previously a Fellow Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. Qadeer is the current Chair of Arhag Housing Association and also previously served as a Board Member at English Churches Housing Group, Inquilab  and  "Vision Care for Homeless People", a small Chairty where he was a founding member and the company Secretary.
